The Board of Directors are the people who run Horizon International Bilingual School, represent the interests of students, teachers, staff, manage policy, are responsible for the financial affairs of the school. The Board is responsible for managing Horizon's operations, maintaining training standards, and managing its portfolio of assets. The council regularly evaluates the teaching methods of the whole school, ensures an effective teaching and learning environment to meet 21st century output standards, and ensures that resources are used effectively.
The Horizon School Board of Trustees has specific responsibilities as follows:
Develop and maintain the School's Vision, Mission, Standards, Strategic Objectives and Sustainability, develop and evaluate policies, manage stable long-term financial operations, regulate Adjust tuition fees, approve the annual budget, regularly evaluate the Rector's capacity through training courses and orient new members of the Board of Directors.
